1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India only. All domestic orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Surat, Gujarat.

2. Shipping Partners (Shiprocket Aggregator)

To ensure the best delivery network and tracking experience, we partner with Shiprocket as our logistics aggregator. Shiprocket connects us with top-tier courier partners (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ekart, etc.) to deliver your order safely to your doorstep.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or promotional events, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will keep you updated via email or SMS if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically take 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location within India.
Shipping Charges: We offer shipping options calculated at checkout, or free shipping as per ongoing site promotions. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS/Email containing your Shiprocket tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the live status of your shipment in real-time.

6. Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our logistics partners at Shiprocket to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather conditions, regional restrictions, local holidays, or transit delays by the courier company) may occasionally impact delivery timelines. Beeget Fashion is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
